VENETO BANCA S.P.A. IN L.C.A.

Si comunica che, con Decreto n. 186 del 25 giugno 2017, il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze (MEF) ha disposto, su proposta della Banca d'Italia, la sottoposizione di Veneto Banca S.p.A. a liquidazione coatta amministrativa, ai sensi dell'articolo 80, comma 1, del Testo Unico delle Leggi in materia bancaria e creditizia – TUB e dell'art. 2 comma 1, lettera a), del Decreto Legge n. 99 del 25 giugno 2017 (convertito nella Legge 121/2017).
Con provvedimento della Banca d'Italia del 25 giugno 2017, sono stati nominati Commissari Liquidatori l'Avv. Alessandro Leproux, la Prof.ssa Avv. Giuliana Scognamiglio e il Dott. Fabrizio Viola.
Sono stati, inoltre, nominati componenti del Comitato di Sorveglianza l'Avv. Franco Benassi, il Prof. Avv. Andrea Guaccero, il Dott. Giuseppe Vidau. Il Comitato di Sorveglianza, nella riunione tenutasi il 25 giugno 2017, ha nominato Presidente del Comitato stesso il Prof. Avv. Andrea Guaccero. Con successivo provvedimento della Banca d'Italia del 17 aprile 2018, adottato a seguito delle dimissioni dall'incarico di Commissario liquidatore di Veneto Banca S.p.A. rassegnate dal dott. Fabrizio Viola, il dott. Giuseppe Vidau, nato a Roma il 4 marzo 1959, è stato nominato Commissario liquidatore e la prof.ssa Simona Arduini, nata a Roma il 12 giugno 1970, è stata nominata – in sostituzione del dott. Giuseppe Vidau – componente del Comitato di sorveglianza di Veneto Banca S.p.A., in liquidazione coatta amministrativa, con sede in Montebelluna (TV), con i poteri e le attribuzioni contemplati dalle norme di cui al Titolo IV, Capo I, Sezione III, del TUB, per ogni aspetto non disciplinato dal decreto legge n. 99 del 25 giugno 2017, come convertito con legge n. 121 del 31 luglio 2017.
